I dont own any Church albums but I have this song on repeat a lot and it really does express how I feel tonight.

I was watching Home and Away, a vice I freely admit to, and I was watching a character undergo chemotherapy on his own, keeping it a secret from everyone he loved. I dont know what happened but suddenly I felt like I'd been kicked in the chest and these sobs that were dangerously close to dry retches were expelling themselves from my chest all on their own. I couldn't see and all I could hear was the sound of those awful dry sobs and all I could feel and see was pain.

He must have felt so alone.
