The day after we got home from Mexico, Hazel joined our family.  Here's a bit about her name.   I like to name dogs after flowers.  Magnolia Mae ("Maggie").  Hydrangea Louise ("Hydie Lou") -- my next Weimy some day.  So we started playing around with flowers like Calla, Daisy, Lilly, Tulip, Petunia, Jasmine, . . .  you get the idea.   Enter Aunt Lisa.  She suggested "Snap Dragon" and BAM.  The kids latched onto it.  Shoot.  So in an effort to compromise, we added Hazel to the name and her full name is Hazel Snap Dragon.  Done.  OH SNAP.   Yes, Leah wore a sequin dress to meet Hazel . . .
