Oh bless your heart! I will for sure pray for your health and for more energy! You have to know that Satan is going to do all he can to prevent another sweet child from finding his/her forever family! I will pray that Jesus surrounds you with HIS presence and removes anything standing in the way of you and your future child!
Came by way of Linny--I am praying for you to have health and strength and to be filled with joy and thankfulness in all circumstances (which is something I struggle with having when I don't feel well!!).
Jesus, thank you for this one with an heart for adoption. Father would you speak clearly to her regarding her health, Father you created us to be whole and well, Lord quench any work of the enemy and build up again her heart to adopt. Lord speak PEACE and comfort as she walks on in good health. Lord bring back JOY and replace the fear fully with the Holy Spirit. Lord we thank you and trust you for this sweet one who brought up this request tonight. In Jesus name. amen
You said your prayer request was "not the most interesting" but, I think it is. You have a heart for adoption, want to be well to serve others, a love of Jesus and a want to be filled with more Jesus. If my prayer requests were Jesus centered like yours, instead of me centered I think my life would be so much better. Praying for your health...from one single mom to another! Been there, done that, don't want to do it again! Hope all is resolved soon, and am glad you are beginning to feel a bit better. It can be a slow process, I know!
We're so praying for you! I also deal with some major physical struggles and doing my best to parent our kiddos. I believe God's got miracles for your family and ours. May His gentle grace and healing touch encourage you today.

Linn at A Place Called Simplicity has called for a Crazy love party based on prayer. http://aplacecalledsimplicity.blogspot.com/ (The first party was meeting people's financial needs. Boy was that fun!). I couldn't pass up the chance to participate. Who doesn't need prayer???`I haven't felt well for too many months. I've seen loads of docs and tried a myriad of fixes. And I must say that today I feel better than I did in a few months ago. Thank God!! But still it lingers.... Unfortunately, I had to put my (second) adoption on hold until I feel better. Not feeling well has also brought about a fair amount of anxiety about what's wrong with me and why it won't stop. I've spent a lot of time in prayer, and God and I have had some good talks about that!! More trust in Him. More surrender of my "stuff". More of You, less of me, Lord. `I know my prayer request isn't the most interesting out there but it's awful to feel lousy for so long -- particularly when you're a single mama!! I would love to tell our adoption agency that I'm ready to start the process for our second baby by June (or sooner). Would you pray I'm healthy and full of energy by that time? I am jealous that my kids and hubby get to meet you before I do...I will be praying for all of you and waiting to hear the good reports..
