From the beginning, Hazel and Shannon have had an, ehm, unique relationship.  One puppy maniac and one cat who believes she is a dog.
This morning, we were sitting outside and Hazel was trying to snuggle Shannon.  I got up to capture the moment, and Hazel got up with me.
Darn it.
But then, I asked Hazel to get back up next to Shannon again.  Not kidding.  I asked her . . . like you would ask a kid.
Hazel turned around, jumped up, and then proceeded to try to put her arm around Shannon. If it weren't true it wouldn't be so frighteningly alarming.
