This is a recipe that I had to have from my friend Lynn. It's a great side dish for just about any summer meal.

Mix together the following:
2 cans shoepeg corn2 tomatoes, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 purple onion, chopped1 cucumber, choppedIn a separate bowl, mix together:1/2 cup sour cream4 teaspoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons vinegar1/2 teaspoon celery seed1/2 teaspoon dry mustard1/2 teaspoon pepper2 teaspoons saltMix together with corn mixture and refrigerate overnight.
