You beat me to this, no reason to update mine...

I have to update a clients library of plumbing and casework so it is face-based instead of wall-based...

This is going to be a huge time saver, but I am running into a problem. I am at the step where you are in the Copy/Monitor command, but Revit will not allow me to select the casework family, only the wall. I've double checked that the piece of casework is a lighting fixture type.

Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated!

Triple check the steps and settings. It works.
I did it in Revit 2016 and I'm not sure if Previous versions support this workflow.
