Okay, today's word of the day is cingulotomy. The example usage is: "MRI-guided stereotactic cingulotomy consists of lesioning the white matter deep to the cingulate gyrus."

Having only recently herniated all of my current thalamocortical sense of self-sufficiency, I have determined to be more accepting of other person's thalamocortical shortcomings. Thus, after this thalamocortical epiphany, I look forward to ever more thalamocortical interactions with all of my thalamocortical peers. Thus, I am now 5/14ths of the way to owning this word for my very self.

Somehow, I lost "jeriatricks," so now I will sign this as...
