Still a lot of votes to go, so I wouldn't count my chickens yet.

Not sure what "Mercer Island" is winning means. Cero and Bassett are winning.

Simple Majority is losing.

I-960 is winning.

P-1 is losing.

R-67 is winning.

Which of these means "Mercer Island is winning"?

Sorry I've been out of town and so brief. By "Mercer Island", I mean the one-at-a-time bottoms-up vote-getting style of Mike Cero and Bruce Bassett has won over the top-down get-a-bunch-of-big-shots-to-endorse-you style of other campaigns.

I'll post more when I can.

The leads of Bruce Bassett and Mike Cero are holding up, now 3 days after Election Day. Bruce has an insurmountable lead, but is there any chance Mike's 200-vote lead could be wiped away with by as-yet-uncounted absentee ballots? I wouldn't think so....

One other comment: Bruce and Mike are both smart, sincere, and have time to commit to their Council responsibilities. I think they will both be great assets to Mercer Island.
