What a beautiful tribute to your father, Ron. He would be proud of you. I think of my father everyday and still go to call him for advice or just to hear his voice. My heart goes out to you.

Thank you for sharing this, Ron. I am sure your father would be proud. We never get over losing our fathers but isn't it wonderful that we have great memories to make us smile.

Marta is right, it is a beautiful tribute to your father. He will be missed by all. The one thing that I will always remember from the first time I met your Mom and Dad is how much love he had for your Mom, and your Mom had for him. Almost 60 years of marriage.... this is a true rarity to find. (Even with all the nick names)

Hey Ron,

I new I shouldn't look at your blog while I was at work but after getting your e-mail I just couldn't wait. I cried, but not because I was sad. You and Lori are kind, considerate and thoughtful and it shows in the things you do. We love you both very much.

Hi Ron. You might remember me, I'm a good friend of beck's from that small town up north. I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is never easy. I'm sure you did your dad proud with such a lovely tribute.
