Europeds sounds like an amazing therapy and I just passed the link along to a family who recently adopted twins from China, one with severe CP, in case it's something they can benefit from.

I am about to adopt my first child and she turned 7 yesterday. On Nov. 1, 2010, she was 40 1/2" tall and 33.5 pounds in weight. Looking at pictures of your girls and reading their measurements gave me a good idea of just how tiny she is.

I hope that Holland will be well soon and that Eden stay healthy so she can participate in her therapy at Europeds.

The Flu is rampant this year and it seems everyone who has caught it actually got the shot. Either they planned the shot poorly or the shots were faulty. There are reports of faulty shots across the country, but of course, no one wants to discuss that. In any event, I am glad Holland seems to have turned a corner and I will keep all my crossables crossed that Eden stays healthy!

As a preemie Mom I can appreciate your concern. I remember when our preemie son at age 1-1/2 got pneumonia in the midst of a blizzard when we lived 60 mile north of the Minneapolis where his pediatrician was. The doctor helped us take adult medications and create dosages appropriate for our preemie. Like you, I know the relief experienced when they finally turn the corner and begin to recover! We hope Holland continues to improve and soon can rejoin her normal activities.
