Since you asked, I'm really not a huge fan of the Posh bob. No doubt you could pull it off and look great, but your new cut is so much classier. (In my opinion, and with no offense to anyone who has the bob.)

You would look gorgeous in the swing bob, but you might get sick of it, most everyone I know who does it likes it for about two weeks then they can't wait for it to grow out...
Your haircut in the pic you posted is great. I would keep it, no need for highlights now, wait until summer when you can get away with missing a touchup here and there.
The one thing to really really remember about shorter is that if you go even an inch or so shorter than where you are now, you can't tie it back. That drives me crazy every time I do it.
