I think you SOOOO earned a HUGH party! It was a blast! Holland and Eden seemed to LOVE having all those people around:) They may not remember it latter but now my kids have much higher expectations:-p. (So will we still be eating that same food for Mitch's birthday?). I'm so very thankful to St. Joe's and March of Dimes for all their help keeping Holland and Eden alive and mostly to God for giving them to the two people I KNOW will do everything they can to keep them as strong and happy as they are now! Now comes the FUN part of parenting twins! They sleep better, eat better, and become great entertainment for the whole family!!! I love every minute of it!!! Kim

Happy Birthday to my sweet Mricles. I can hardly believe it has been a year!! Sometimes it seems that they have been here forever and sometimes it seems like yesterday I stood by those beds in the NICU. This past year as I have watched them grow I really have witnessed a true MIIRICLE! I have seen part of life that few witness. So tiny and precious. I have watched Billie and John go through things that others would not have been able to. I have watched them all grow. Thank you for leting me be part of it all. I am so proud of all of you. Yesterday we threw a big bash in honor of Holland and Eden, complete with a tent, moonwalk, kiddie pool, sprinkler, a whole lotta food, and about 175 of our nearest and dearest. Some might think we went a little overboard for a first birthday, but I say WE EARNED IT! Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who came, to those who brought gifts, and for the donations people made to the Saint Joseph Mercy NICU and the March of Dimes. Also thank you to our friends online who have sent messages wishing Holland and Eden a happy birthday. We appreciate the love and support so much more than we could ever say.
