Awesome video. Ironically, I just hit my first weight loss goal, a year after I started, of losing 10%, 23 pounds total. 208.6 is my number. :) However, the big thing for me was to be comfortable at my old weight first, and to know I look good at any weight. That turned my weight loss into doing it for healthy reasons instead of unhealthy ones. And looking at the NYTimes article, I don't know where I'll end up. There's both skinny & fat people in my family. I figure I'll end up somewhere in between, maybe. I've never been thin, so I don't really expect it.
