What a setlist! I always fast forward the professor's initial comments the first listen so that I get a surprise of what gets played. Fun to try and guess the year too. This week's setlist was especially surprising (Samson > Cold Rain & Snow). Great listening, thanks!

I was at this one! Drove up from Cornell. They did some of their best shows in upstate NY. Thanks, prof!

thanks professor. if you are quick to observe the download page it was a -3259 error which google says is apple for network error. if anybody else is having this problem, i resolved it by rebooting and not turning off plug and pray or windows media center. what they have to do with itunes is anybodys guess.

enough of the technobabble. back to the music.

the best part of this amazing show, without question is the HANDCLAPS from the crowd at the start of every song..such an incredible vibe that night and it comes through on the tapes!

Hate to say it but the first set is far more blazing than the second set. It was going good till Playing in the Band descended into chaos. I guess many heads like that, but to me it kills the momentum of a killer show. Anyway, keep the great 77 shows coming, they are all truly special.
