Great book review! I love a good mystery and this one sounds like a winner. 45 years to write her first book...I laughed at that one!

I love Louise Penny!!! She's one of my favourite mystery writers and of course she's Canadian!! :) I'd be so annoyed with myself if I had no memory card just when I wanted a photograph of something like this -- a one time event.

How lovely that you met though and I'm off to check out her new book!!!

Isn't it funny how things that shouldn't have legs sometimes grow them and go for walks without letting us know about it ? ;)

Meeting our favorite authors can be such a treat ! Sounds like you had a blast getting to know all about Ms. Penny !
Big hugs, Lovely Snap !

I like a good mystery but I don't like a lot of gore and blood.

It sounds like you had a fun evening even if you did forget the memory card.

Louise Penny's books sound so GOOD, Snap.. Sorry that you didn't have your memory card with your camera. That's why I keep two cards. When one is full (or missing)---I always keep the other one in the camera bag. My advice: Get TWO....

Glad you enjoyed yourself though.... Neat lady!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
