That is the prettiest owl I have ever seen! What a beautiful tea cup...the perfect size if you can also enjoy a serving of tomato soup. (Did you get the tins from Joann's this year with the beautiful owls on them? You might find one for 70% off now. I do love a tin for keeping things fresh.)

Now, that is a beaut. Don't you feel that some pieces of china just belong to us; they were meant to be ours. I see that here. Hugs, Deb

I absolutely love your teacup! The design is marvelous! There are a lot of owl collectors. They represent so many good traits, don't they? I'd collect your owl pattern for sure! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

Really different cup and saucer, I like it so much. We have a mating pair of bard owls here and a small Eastern Screech in the yard from time to time. They are quite amazing creatures aren't they. xox

Snap- that is just TOO CUTE!

You could even put a pretty little plant or some coloured eggs in it for spring when it comes, nice having it that large.

The colour is sweet, too!

This is the sweetest tea cup! Love the pattern and the colors as well as the shape! Nice square-ish saucer.

I recently bought a pair of tea cups from an Oneida outlet while visiting our daughter in Up-state NY. It is a large, shallow cup and though I love the shape, especially for soup, I noticed foods/beverages cool rather quickly.
