HI Snap,
I want a picture of you in that t-shirt on a Farmall tractor! Turkey Tetrazinni is something I haven't made in forever, but it is good. My favorite comfort food is New England Clam chowder, sometimes I just crave it. I might have to have it for supper!

Hi Snap, I usually make this after we have turkey - there is always leftover turkey and then there is always leftover Tetrazzini.

Ah, comfort food. Mac and cheese is on the list. As is bacon and lettuce sandwich although I mostly eat turkey bacon now, ummmm chocolate in many forms but for comfort food it should include some caramel and believe it or not, smoothies with frozen peaches and cranberries.

I love that t-shirt! Too funny. My mother (who was southern and loved grits) would have gotten a chuckle out of that!

The recipe sounds good. To my recollection I've never had tetrazzini.

Being that it's from a Campbell's cookbook I was surprised there wasn't any canned soup on the ingredient list, but then I saw your footnote.

The only thing I'll have to change is the broth. I use homemade veggie broth for everything (I know ~ sigh).

Thanks for sharing. :-)

My comfort foods....homemade mac and cheese would be one, also really good mashed potatoes, peanut butter, ice cream. As you can see I need a lot of comfort!

LOVE the t-shirt!

Oh yum-- I've only made T.T.once but it was wonderful. And don't you just love those cookbooks like the Joy of Jello and Cambell's soup? Casseroles are a favorite--the tater tot/hamburger one and hamburger stroganoff; actually both 'soup' recipes. From the days when that's what I could afford and didn't care about cals.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

This sounds delicious! I'm going to copy down this recipe and give it a try.

My favorite comfort food is probably chocolate or chicken pot pie.
