At this time of year my favorite is the hyacinths which start to appear in the local grocery store floral departments. I have not purchased one yet but will next month. Love their sweet and heady scent :)

I love your Year of the Horse card! You have such great style and creativity. :-)

Irises are special to me, too. I always think of a great-aunt who had a whole garden of them when I was a child. My mother and I would visit and walk up and down the rows, admiring the beauty. Good memories.

It is very hard for me to say what my favorite flower is for I love them all. I do know that I look forward most of all to the lilacs in the spring, for I love their scent. Roses are beautiful, iris and peonies are also at the top of the list, too. I can't decide!
Happy Friday to you!

Oh that little angle and those snowmen made me smile. I'm ready though for spring too.
I don't think I've every met a flower I didn't like. I just started growing Iris a couple of years ago, they are lovely.

Your Year of the Horse postcard is wonderful! Anyone would be delighted to have one.

I love the little angel with the snowmen but to me the snowmen look a little menacing. No wonder she's melting them.

Purple Irises always remind me of the walkway to my grandmothers farmhouse, I would say Zinnias would be at the top of my list, as my grandmother also introduced me to them, and allowed me to plant a flower garden full of them.
Thank you for sharing.
