This is bodacious advise, Snap - I especially like the flower one. Today, I rode the carousel at the Zoo with my little Grands - bodacious FUN! I'm sure glad Mr Dragon is soon coming home from the hospital. (Order take-out!)

Great advice. I've learned stepping away from the phone is absolutely HUGE for me. Take good care of yourself, my friend!

Read the article yesterday morning - bought myself flowers in the afternoon (glorious bright orange tulips !), took an hour to read some trashy vampire novel for fun, and even ordered in supper last night. I think I am getting the hang of this self-care thing ! ;)
I hope you do too, lovely Snap. Prayers and love to you and Mr. Dragon.

I stopped by to learn how Mr. Dragon was coming along. I love your bodacious list. It is true that the caregiver has to take good care of herself. Stay well, and I keep you and Mr. Dragon in my prayers.

What great advice! The hardest ones to do are the ones which would really liberate - for me, paying full price, and getting away from the computer! I've subscribed to the e-zine, for more reminders like this.
