I think I need to decorate in mid September to get things posted in December, what a crazy month it is around here.

This Santa has such a happy, friendly face...I love it!

It's going here -- slowly, a little bit every day...this weekend we'll get a tree and then everything will just start to fall into place.

Hands down, that is the most beautiful Santa I have ever seen. Spoken from a person who has collected them over the years. It is the Santa version of St. Francis of Assisi.

Slow... but getting things done. Tree is up and lit. Ornaments tomorrow. Mantel finished, working on the rest. It just came so fast for me this year. LOVE your santa!!!!
