Beautiful mosaics... I for one am really ready for Fall this year (after such an unbearably hot and dry summer here). Isn't it amazing how everyone starts talking about Fall once September gets here? Of course, down there in Texas, you will still have hot weather for another month--or two--or three... I know--been there; done that... ha
Ah well, I don't have to dream of Fall because it is right outside my door, with its red maple leaves and the grass now only needing to be cut every other week. But you are right in that Halloween is a shared Fall thing to look forward to. Let's get that orange and black decking the halls!
Why out of all the lovely fall pics on your Mosaics does my eye go immediately to the witch cupcakes? OK - I'll grab a cup of my green tea, but I'm not going to like it!
I seem to be in the very small minority that still want to hold on to summer...but that is because we didn't have any summer her at all! Enjoyed you mosaics and especially the magazine covers.
Oh so ready for fall, all the beautiful rich colors, crisp mornings, mists, long shadows, wooly sweater and walks through the fallen leaves, bring it on.
I love your ideas, I think it's cool to prepare cute artworks to make sweet and lovely our place! I like Autumn time, I can take loooong naps! :) purrs, love and a beautiful day! Luna - WE LOVE LUNA
the temps finally fell over the weekend here in NH, so it is feel just a little more fall like. I am hoping it stays this way now. Fall, just be yourself okay ? Lovely and inspiring Fall mosaic ! Viva l'Automne !
HAPPY MONDAY MORNING....It is Genie from Buttons for Baga thanking you for your morale boosting comments on my hay bales mosaic. Thanks so much for the visit. The idea of using the magazine covers for your post is really clever and quite cool. You are going real good PR for the publishers by making us all want to go out and buy them. Please stop back by to see me, and I will be back my Twisty Lane before you know it.
How fun to use magazine covers as the theme for your mosaic! I've seen two of the mags, but should go check out the others- I'm still ruminating on a couple of things I want to do. Maybe I can find a little inspiration! LOL Thanks for visiting today. ~ Sue
Thank-you so much for your kind words today on my blog about losing my cat. It has been a very emotional day. He will be missed but I am comforted by the fact that he was a very happy cat who never knew a single day where he was unwanted or unloved.
I hope your weather cools down soon! We are definitely feeling fall-ish in SE Wisconsin. I love those magazine covers! The Halloween gingerbread house is adorable.

Autumn begins on September 22.You'd never know it here at Twisty Lane. The temperatures are still in the mid to high nineties with feels like temps in the 100's. We are getting tired of it -- to put it mildly. But I have hope.
And it's what I've been finding in the grocery and book stores that has me thinking that Fall may indeed be just around the corner.Magazines announcing Halloween!!!Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Lady, Gooseberry Patch, Country Living

They are all filled with beautiful images of Fall.Pumpkins, gourds, leaves, beautiful oranges, reds, browns and greens.

EEK!Let's not forget the wonderful crafts and recipes.
My mouth is watering and my fingers are itching!

I'm ready!!!
Won't you join me? Grab a cup of tea, a stack of magazines, and dream of Fall. Mosaic Monday is hosted by the lovely Mary.
Each mosaic is different. Each has a story to tell. You'll enjoy your visit!
