I have been to the Korbel winery. It is a lovely place. Beautiful pictures. I thought they were all photographs initially. Lovely. A good glass of wine on a Friday afternoon is the best! Noelle
I like visiting the rolling hills of Napa where the grapes form a chorus line as far as the eye can see. Nice postcards, Snap - took me back to my travels there.
What a find in those postcards! And truly the "earthly beauty hurts!" I love that whole area along the Russian River and up toward Mendocino... And the wineries are a world of their own.

I'm always finding something to bring home when I visit Half-Price Books.In this case it was this postcard book.Thirty of the most beautiful postcards I've ever seen.The images are so lovely that they almost make meĀ *hurt*.

Great find! I love these photos and though I no longer drink, I can feel the tang on my tongue and the bouquet when I put my face to the glass.
