What a great quote and LOVELY flowers! Camellia used to grow in my San Diego back yard and were floating all over the house in Jan/Feb. Did you know Scandinavian folklore has snow fairies that ride on snowflakes? I have yet to see one but I like to imagine them riding along on the flakes!
