Slashdot lead me to this DIY Projector project. For less than $200, this guy was able to put together a passable video projection system. Although fairly bulky, it seems to work well enough and it cost even less than a modest 27" CRT television. The $200 budget for the project even included a very nice wall-mounted retractable screen. I think I'm gonna have to try this one out.
