Answer: When you start blogging like Joseph Duncan.
According to Wired in "Cops Watched Sex Offender's Blog", the above is exactly what Joseph is presently accused of. Considering that he was found with the little girl, it's a sure bet the bastard is guilty.
Of course, some of the comments people have left on his blog are also pretty disturbing. I wonder how long blogger will keep Joseph's blog available.
