The Energia Rocket and Space Corporation, the organization that has built all of Russia's Soyuz Spacecraft has announced their plan for a Soyuz successor, called "Kliper". However, funding has yet to be approved and the cost may be beyond Russia's ability to pay. Some pictures of a full size mockup can be viewed here.
