Well, I still haven't heard anything official yet, but Mr. X is saying that the AZ LP got nowhere in its suit against the CPD. All the AZ LP got was the right to pursue a suit for damages at a later date. Not particularly helpful in the near-term. I've been watching the LP for long enough that I figured it would end like that but it's still disappointing every time something like this does. Saying that the deck is stacked against the Libertarian Party is a substantial understatement.
