thing is, MS had just announced that all current 360's are liable to this, hence the warranty had extended from 90 days to THREE YEARS!
so if it weren't for the internal thingies that I'd done to the box, I would have just sent it back for a free repair. Oh well.

[Image]Yes that's right. Today the 360 died after crashing a few times. It now refuses to boot and displays the dreaded "Three Rings of Death" pictured to your left. Gotta fix it, will take ages I think. Shame really. PS3/2 gaming and Wii for now I guess....

hope it gets repaired soon. never is good when someone loses a console. sigh.

Warranty for 3 years...
BUT
I can't send mine back, for *cough*backup*cough* reasons.
So am getting a new mobo from the states.
