1387: yep, when the head becomes mis-shapen, you remove it and re-cast it.
1388: TV/movie camera dolley? possibly riding on cables for aerial shots?
1391: yep, although it might not necessarily be for busses. Before the numbered U.S. highway system these sorts of directions and strip maps were quite commmon. Navigating long distances was quite difficult.

1392: Some sort of bar tool for handling ice? I guessing that pull ice trays out of the freezer with the hooks and rake ice into a glass with the pointy bits.

These are all correct.

1392 wasn't used for handling ice.
