941) I would say they are observation buildings for watching aircraft take off and land?

943) An auctioneer's gavel?

945) A hammer for taking out really long nails, so it ratchets up and doesn't bend them?

940 is a leather working vice.

941 is a fireman training facility. Tall structure of for fires in elevators.

942 looks like a testes torture device.

943 deburring toll (guessing)

944 is a metal stretcher or shrinker, depending on which die are being used.

945 I think is a claw hammer with an attachment for carrying plywood/sheetrock (again, guessing).

941 I was thrown by the fact that the buildings were steel and had no smoke stains, but they're for training people in rescue techniques, probabaly part of a fire training academy.

944 sharpener of some sort

945 modified claw hammer designed to keep nails that have been pulled out straight and therefore reusable.
