Correct answers so far:

643. Hod, for carring mortar, I suppose it could also be used for catching rivets.

644. Violin bow, more specifically, the "frog" part of it.

642. A banner stone/atlatl weight

647. Some sort of vegetable harvester I think. It looks familiar but I can't place it.

Two WAG's
645. A bottle for a measure of powder to be used in a cannon.

646. Used to mark cheese or meat.

As I said, the last two are total WAG's, so they're probably a marble and a Play Dough shaper. LOL

Correct

>647. Some sort of vegetable harvester...

In the right ballpark though your answer is too specific.

>646. Used to mark cheese or meat.

Both incorrect, but interesting guesses.

The other thing that 647 reminds me of is a root knife or root saw.

I knew my other two guesses were a bit out there, but it was worth a shot in the dark.

I really enjoy the blog by the way.

It could be used for that, it's just a general purpose weeder/garden tool.

I posted the answer link this morning, it has a couple of new photos and several links.
