522. Used (at least we do) for cleaning buffing pads (automotive) Held against the pad while the buffer is running to remove polish, compound from the surface.
524. For window screen repair. Pushes the little plastic bead into the aluminum frame to hold the screen in place.

Agree on 521 and 524(spline tool)
525. Stamp for sealing wax
526. I have used this tool to cut nails when repairing slate or shingled roofs. Slide beneath shingle, hook over nail and hit with hammer on uphill side of handle area.

523: hangs on a gymnasium wall- you hang from the two pegs, then try to 'climb' the device by alrenately sliding the pegs up to the next higher slot.

This is similar but slightly different to the answer that I had in mind.

I had been told it was a grinding wheel dresser, but have since found out that your answer is correct.
