448D is a plug adapter for the bayonet type light bulb sockets used in New Zealand and Australia prior to the '80s.

Yes, it's an adapter for a Edi-Swan base, but I'm not sure what a Sparten cap plug is; it's not marked Bryant.

451 is a control for a directional antenna, usually used for a TV antenna 'back in the day'.
