297 is a scraper to remove weeds from between paving stones. I have one that I use every summer, bought for that purpose. (I live in Germany.)301 looks to be pliers for fastening a bicycle chain (clamping the end-piece in place).293: I believ the OP is right. I've seen those here in Germany too, and I was told, iirc, that they are for drying corn.
