There is an interesting Dutch web site with some tools that need to be identified, it can be seen here:

They know what the first one is but not the others.

This one isn't a wire tool, the part sticking out of the handle is a clue to what it's for.

It isn't for removing washers, it's for inserting something on part of a car.
