When he knows what you like and can take you to see that massive rock, of course its very thoughtful. He is sharing love. We all have something dear to our hearts or minds and when your partner discovers that and presents it to you - there is nothing better. Have a wonderful day.

How sweet! There is something special about rocks; they are more or less perpetual.

Let's see...how about if you steer him toward a more refined, sparkly rock, maybe for Christmas? Just kidding, you probably wouldn't appreciate it nearly as much.

This isn't so far fetched… men give their loved ones diamonds - wouldn't they be considered 'a rock'?!
I love rocks nestled in the woods. One of my favorites is pictured in this post: http://livingadream2.blogspot.com/2012/02/rock.html

Ah yes, you both are the great rock collectors and lovers of all things stony or rocky! I like them too, still picking them up, and putting them in places, and later wondering where did I get that one? A neighbor down the road a piece, has been planting rock gardens. That's what I call them, as he builds all kinds of "things" and "stuff" with rocks and stones....maybe a few sticks too!

That is very interesting. Have you looked closely at it? Are there Indian grinding holes in it? That is very cool. I like that.

Not quite the 'big rock' dream most gals have. I too am fascinated by rocks.

The best one I have is one Hubs dipped outta the river on a float trip. It's a small red colored heart shaped rock that Farm Boy passed to me on his oar are he said, "I give you my heart." OK, you can say it......Awwwwwwww.

God bless you beautiful lady and have an extraordinary weekend!!! :o)

I read an article this week that said kindness was the single most important attribute leading to a long lasting relationship. Paying attention to the likes, the wants , the needs of the one you're married to is the ultimate kindness. blessings, marlene
