Wow I am tired just reading this:) That is a good job done by all even the gopher. My Mom always talked about Chestnut trees growing where she was a kid, alas there are none on our farm. Hugs B

your work is never done for sure. and there stands your hubby on the edge of the roof just like mine did.. the clear and sunny skies look perfect, except i know it was cold. not everyone can play a guitar with talent and still use a hammer. good job for all of you....love the chestnut pic

I never knew anyone who had a chestnut tree! Good job with the trimming. I found out something when we had the shop painted.....did you know they make a 'roof coating' that has some stuff in it to fill small nail holes, It dries a nice dull color. We are very happy with it. Comes in 5 gallon buckets and can be put on with a long-handles roller. Andrew could do it easily!
