I would love one, but frankly, I think I'm about to give up. Rain washing out my new flower gardens. Rain washing out what little rock in the driveway is left. Rain and humidity helping all vegetation (good and bad) to grow before my eyes. Score: Nature 100, Teresa-0.

My favorite section of Home Depot is the tool section! I never thought about using that for bushes, I bet it is so fun!! I like all of your husbands toys and yes, I think I would like them so much too. Have a wonderful 4th Gail!

Indeed. Before Bill became a trucker (2011), he was a salesman for machined parts. Before that, he engineered parts. Many of the parts he created and sold went into hand tools. De Walt was one of his top customers. He won awards for them. He has many, too. Me? No, but I can use them.

Oh how I covet your JD Gator....! We want one of those at the farm one of these days. Maybe next year. ;-)

Hmm, you've intrigued me about the DeWalt. I wonder how that would be for quick cutting of small tree branches? We have the mesquites all over and they have low branches. It's such a pain to dig out the chainsaw and get it ready and then it weighs a ton and I've just got small stuff to take care of. I never thought about this. Thank you!

Sawzall reciprocating saw, love them!!! I use it all the time for everything :-)

The last time I used my sawzall (or shall I say my husbands saw) was when I.....I'm we cut the sidewalls off my garden tires for planting potatoes.
