Sorry about all the drama leading up to it but I bet they had a blast. And yes, what a wonderful couple, he is handsome and she is beautiful.

Love the eye-rolling comment, I feel the same way. ;-)

Gail,

Legs. are. short. what???? They could have altered the jacket to fit A properly. Looking at the pictures A and his girlfriend look really nice and I'm sure they had a wonderful time at the prom. As for the eye rolling old bat, I would have dueled it out with her :PPP

That was funny - I hate it when people roll their eyes. Especially a store clerk.

Your grandsone looks very handsome and what a lovely date he had for the prom.

Aah, so you are the master of eye-rolling in your neck of the woods - apparently, you never met my Mother. ha,ha Even throughout all that happened, A and his date look really swell. A is a handsome young man and his young lady is just beautiful. This story made me laugh and go "aah". I also learned something new. Junior/Senior prom together - that's kinda neat. Congratulate A for me - he sure does look handsome and I do believe he has some of his grandmother in his face. lol HGZ to M :)

They looked wonderful together. I am glad that everyone had a nice ensemble to wear. And that it all turned out well. These are the memories we want to have: the feel-good ones.

He's adorable She's a knock out. His sleeves are too long. I would've ripped them a new one myself. LOL

Never thought about how guys are short changed with apparel at Prom time and have to wear other people's clothes. Nothing new and shiny for the guys like the girls get.
Ha, loved the idea of a duel. What a really adorable couple. They looked marvelous.

Loved your story!
Just loved it . . .
The oops . . . saving face . . . all nine yards!
Who would tell someone their legs are too short . . . .
He looks smashing good in his tux with a pretty gal by his side!
Making another phone call, huh?
No eye rolls from me . , .
