Gail,
Thank you for your service with the Post Office. I don't understand why people always wait so long before doing their taxes. We had ours done in February. Pup is a cutie, great snake dog!

I'm sure all those people were happy that they got service from you with a smile. You probably made their day. You do deserve a medal. Junior sure looks good. I hope he's careful around those snakes and learns his lessons well. I'd hate to see him get bit. xox

Oh...BTW...the copperhead thing. Hubs has killed more already this year than we see in a whole season. They seem to be larger than life this year too.

On Farm Boy killed was sunnin' in the parkin' lot of the assisted livin' facility MIL lives at. Dangerous 'round slow movers with walkers!!!

What's the deal???

Glad its all over I bet ! people that owe money are the ones that file at the last minuet here ! But most do it by computer , we have an accountant do ours he does everything house taxes etc ! A good thing people and bill collecters still use the snail mail or all post peoples would be out of a job, I hope that never happens ! Nice photos of pup such a cutie looks like quite the cheeky thing ! Have a good day !

Filed mine online...and then they just yank the payment out of your account..like ripping your heart out with a crowbar. I HATE TAX TIME...hate it. But thanks for smiling at all the mailers. I appreciate happy customer service!!

I spend a lot of time at the post office, and I was there yesterday, too...mailing my daughter's taxes for her. However, I did not bother the workers but simply placed two envelopes in the box.

But wait, folks have until today to file since Monday was Emancipation Day and a Federal holiday!

My hubby does our taxes and he IS one of those folks who you would probably see at the PO at the last minute! (Except this year - our taxes were so complicated we had an accountant do them and he filed for us electronically).

I hope today is better. Keep on smiling!

I think those that owe wait until the last minute to send off those taxes. I know that's what I did, but I filed electronically. I remember working several "tax days" at the post office as a relief...my head was spinning at the end of the day!

I have so many friends that wait until the last moment to mail in taxes. I am one of those that get theirs done .........like when the tax form came in the mail. Just like any other bill - get it done and outta the way, eh.
Of course you smiled, I would expect nothing less and I'm sure the customers appreciated your smile at a most not-so-loving time.
Your dogs catch snakes - YIKES - now to me, that is scarier than TAXES. ha,ha
Have a great day and enjoy your evening - its in the 70's here tonight and we are enjoying another balmy week of warm weather.

We mailed our taxes in weeks ago. I wasn't one who tortured your colleagues. Frankly, I don't get why people procrastinate like that. Surely it must give late filers at least a little heartburn to wait so long!

Oh for a day in the country, without the copperheads and without the Cotton Mouth's. We have Rattlers here..been wary of them all my life. At ten years one nearly got me but my dog stepped in front of me and got it in the nose. She was gone for a week, coming home all muddy. I would never, ever be without a dog! Never! Glad you got Ki Jr., Ki and all the other dogs with snakes around.
Hugs!
