Gee, you just showed us photos of spring plants coming up and now they are fallen over from the ice. You are in the SOUTH, right. The trees are spectacular in the sun and you are fortunate they are not bending over. Wow, Great Photos.

I hope your spring buds/flowers survive the ice . . . we are weeks away from spring. Our "snow dust" of December and January has become "snow dumps" for the past six weeks. One more last night. We sure have HILLS of snow!

The ice is beautiful, but so sad for the life underneath it.

Gail,

Beautiful pictures of the ice on the trees, flowers and house.
The only problem with all the ice, it's dangerous, tree branches break, and you have the potential of losing electric.

Did you get the thunder behind it too?

Poor flowers but I would take it instead of all the cold and snow here, Francine.

It's a bit cold here, but we have no ice, just a few flurries of snow that does not stay on the ground. Your forest of ice does look pretty and I would like to hear the sound of all that ice cracking. xox

It seems like Arkansas is starting to get some of our weather. DH used to travel down there and he said they usually didn't get out ice storms.....it should all be gone for both of us by tomorrow.
