Just saw the same kind of stand-off here, two furkids wanting the same sleeping spot, never mind there are dozens of other comfy choices. Typical kids! :-)
Ha ha- I like that tongue sticking out...sometimes cats do deserve a comeuppance...since it so rarely happens! Have a great Sunday- hope these storms don't blow your way.

We had a similar encounter at the water trough here today. One huge dog, gentle Mia and two little yippy ones, Snickers and TJ . . .
