Why is it sad? You are creative and resourceful. Grampy said, "Waste not, want not." He would love you!

not sad at all... great idea on the duct tape rug binding and i love what it did to the rocks... the tangerine looks great on the wall. i did not know about the oops section, so that is good news to... of course i have not picked up a paint brush in about 5 years but IF and WHEN i do , i will remember this. mixing paints can make beautiful colors and light can tone down the colors. not sad but fun is the way i see it..

I love to see people being creative with things. My daughter is the queen of discount shopping and thrift shopping, and her home is like straight out of Pinterest.

Wish I had thought of that when I painted my storm shelter. Really loved that Rustic Red and it is perfect there.
Wonder if anyone found a home for my supposed to be Peach paint that I returned when it looked more like baby diaper contents on the walls.

In some stores you have to ask but I've always found something I can use. For floors, walls, furniture, art projects...the uses are endless...and it's fun mixing the colors in smaller batches.

Good advice. I planted my old entrance door with an 'oops' red.

You are very creative.

Oops section is right at the exit door and have a wide selection of returns. So far I haven't given them much thought, but now I will.

ha,ha I do the same thing and paint the barn, buoy's, etc with the odd paint. YOU can pick up some great paint for a few bucks, that was mixed colour just off a bit or a lot. Love this post.
