You don't want a little respect, you want more respect. Everybody is entitled to it and we all need it in a healthy amount, there's nothing wrong with that.

That sounds like a good list. Not too much to ask for, and enough to make you happy!

Gail -

Thank you for the nice comment on my blog. The gourd birdhouse was made by my husband's cousin. She is extremely talented, unforunately she doesn't live close by.

Great requests in your latest post. Respect is something everyone should get.

Have a great week.

good list...made me think what do I want...nothing, really. I'm not utilizing what I have...that would probably be my wish...to try a little harder.

"More recognition for my wisdom and less disdain for my input."

This made me think of my teenagers and going to college. They think because I went to college twenty years ago my opinion is not worthy.

Sigh.

Maybe if your grown children didn't act like kids still and listened it wouldn't be so hard to get the respect you deserve.

I can't believe anyone wouldn't love the creations you make. I think they are wonderful and you are a truly creative soul. Wish you had more time for it.

Sounds like what all of us want, especially in this day and age.
Sorry I've been away from blogging. It was a hectic week. Hope you are well.

Aretha Franklin had it right. It's something I'm working on with my HORSE.

Sigh.

Fortunately, I get it at home. Otherwise I'd have to carry this crop everywhere. Which would make people talk. And that would be bad.
