Don't mix them up unless your husband is due for his shots. I've been offline for most of the past few days and hate to say it, I've enjoyed the break!
Like you, I was in a "posting lapse!" Today was my first bit of relaxing in days. I needed it, you too? I hope all the doc appointments turn out ok . . . Stay positive . . .
We had the last of our company yesterday. We also had wonderful travelling weather, the first time in many, many years. NO SNOW at all, just sunny skies, warm temps, like late spring?? We were able to do more visiting and have more visitors. This morning the sky is brilliant red as the sun is just cresting......so, maybe, our luck with the weather is at end. Who knows these days, eh? Good to hear Maria is having that wound vac a few days a week. Tell her I say hullo and glad she is healing. Yeah, the kids here do not go back to school until a week from today and college too. You are so funny Gail. Say hi to Den for me and make sure you get to the right Doctor. Hugz to Marcy, tunes to Andrew and lego bits to Zander. Cheers my friend and have a great day.
Happy New years and my mothers old saying... This to shall pass...my wish for you is a new year full of blessings and healing for your daughter and Den and many good things to happen to you
Yes, normal is good. Sorry your daughter was still laid up for Christmas. That had to be miserable. Hope 2015 brings much relief for her and you and that this will all soon be a just a memory.
Hope your daughter is continuing to heal. I'm sure it's a slow process.

I just realized I have been lax in my posting but sadly have had little to say. I'm all talked out. I'm stuffed to the gills with wonderful and some strange food. The litter from opening packages is cleared. The next to last guests have returned home.
There is some sense of order in my world again. I am comfortable with order.
I sit in my area crocheting, checking now and then on the injured daughter still here. Zander plays with Legos while his mother naps. Monday we return to the doctor. Some one comes here three times a week and does what ever they do with a wound vac.
Tuesday we drop Bonnie at the vet's for her shots, check up and spaying. Hubby has a doctor's appointment the same day. I'm hoping I don't get the places and patients mixed up.
Wednesday I take recyclables to turn in an hour away.
Friday, Zander's school begins again. Monday Andrew's and Jake's begins.
And we begin the year to do it all over again. We are grateful and blessed.

It's good to take a break, especially when life's priorities take precedence.

There is a lot to be said for routine! Those normal chores become a comfort to me when the chaos of holidays pass. Happy New Year! Blessings, Marlene
