Oh my God....that sounds like something I would do for sure! I slipped on gasoline in the garage that I over pored in the lawn mower last summer and went flying and screaming. The lady across the street heard me. How did you go back to sleep after that? Ouch!

When we first moved out here I ran into the wall and door several times getting up in the middle of the night. It was so dark. Now we have a night light in the bathroom. But I didn't ever really hurt myself. Did you see stars?

Wow, Gail. I must say that I am sensitive enough to say, I am glad there is no photo of your poor face. (Yes it's all about me.) OUCH!

I think you and I must be related.

That's awful. I don't think you griped enough for such trauma. I hope you didn't break a bone in there.

Mitts shipped yesterday. That'll help any draft.

Oh you poor thing. You would not find me posting a pic of my injured face to the world, but Hubby...ya! Here around the Ponderosa Hubby and I are always gettin' injured. We just go with the flow when people ask and point our fingers at each other. Nobody ever believes the true story anyway! I do hope you heal quickly and haven't done anything too serious to yourself.

Take care and may your day be blessed!

Okay, I'm not laughing, (snort), really, (giggle). I'm so glad to know there are people (namely you) out there that do stupid things like me (sorry, but true). I am forever hurting myself. I walk into walls, bang my hands, hips, legs, etc. into things. I'm always bruised. In fact, I have a large bruise on my right hand because my bike started to fall and I went to catch it. The handlebar smacked me in the hand. It smarted when it happened and the next day I had a nice bruise.

I think you need to share a picture of your wounds. Just so we can feel your pain. Seriously. Smile.

Oh my goodness! You should blame on the hubby somehow! I'd love to see a picture! Bless your heart I don't know how you went back to sleep with a pounding head.

My husband dropped a box full of junk from the attic down on me looking up into the attice from the garage floor. Wham! I had black eyes and a purple nose for 2 weeks! He felt so sorry! I got lotsa mileage out of that one.

Oh Gail, you poor woman, and you went back to bed after that and didn't even look in the bathroom mirror? You silly thing. You're such a tough broad. That must have hurt like hell. I would have been saying some really bad words out loud and woken up the household. I don't suffer in silence. I would have liked to have seen a picture. Can you make one?
