Delightful and creative post. I love it when someone finds a great use for what is normally thrown away. Makes me want to dig his kin out of the trash where I also threw my imagination.
Thanks for the chuckle.

You've confirmed what I've always liked best about you: you're a little bit twisted! Thanks for making my day!

poor mouse, and yes, i would have snapped a shot to but not as many as you did and also could never write a story like this one, funny and a twisted at the same time. i found a lizard in the same condition and it made me sad, as does the silly rat

At first glance I thought it was a hairball or something one of your animals threw up. Then I REALLY looked at it and thought, "Holy shit, that thing has arms and legs....and a head!" Only YOU, Gail, would take pictures, OVER and OVER again, of a dead mouse and write a poem about it. You definitely ARE a twisted sista!

Sure you aren't related to Stephen King? *wink*

Oh Gail, this was delightful! It goes to show that a creative writer/photographer can use truely anything to weave a tale (tail?) around! Such fun photos, and your poem was just great. A wonderful smile to start my morning! I adore you! :-)

You are such a delightful crazy woman. Only you would come up with something like this. I do have to applaud you for your enormous imagination. I hope you gave it a proper burial after taking so many shots of it. xox

Great post for Halloween :-)

I figured when you offered him McDonalds, he would grow organs, hair, and come to life....darn, he didn't.

Now that you have bones, time to make a winter Halloween soup, hehehehehe

This is the funniest, cutest , most creative poem I have ever read. I love your sense of humour and the way you weave stories, poems, sentences around life on the farm and all it entails - no pun intended. he,he Well Done, Well Done my friend, as Watson once said.
