In Savannah and in St Petesburg we had these skinks, but have not seen any here. very odd. our frogs are not this pretty... love the speckles... oh my if i were there i would have to buy a computer just to store all the photos in.

I love all critters, knowing each has a purpose. I really should have been a farm girl. Really. I love these, and wanted to pick up each one...yeah, I know...they don't like it. But, I made a good vet tech! *wink*

Did you take those photos on your property. They look exiotic. Really beautiful colors, though I'm not a fan much of any kind of wild critter.
I was raised in a small town. Though we had a creek running through our property we had nothing fancier than a few turtles and crawdads, a few minnows and some trash.
