all these photos have flipped me through a time warp into the years 1953 through 1959, this could be photos of KY, the houses, and the people in the photos here on the signs, all of the photos could have been taken in the part i lived in... when the sun comes out go get some shots in the sun. these came out really good in the rain

Glad to hear you are on the mend.
What a great place to visit, I enjoyed seeing all the old photos on the website, some of them haven't changed at all, which is nice.
Isn't it always the way to get rain exactly at the wrong time.

First and foremost: glad you went to the doctor and are going to live. Breathing issues are very serious. please be careful.

Very cool pictures and town. I love historical towns and their people. Bill tries to soak in what he can when he is areas like that. He goes through Arkansas continuously. His company is not too far from TexWis Girl.

Peppersauce Alley is an interesting name. Hope you will tell us where it comes from. Chemical burns to the lungs sound scary. I hope they heal quickly and completely.

This is serious business, girl. You are not immortal; only the teenagers who ride motorcycles are immortal. It is time to make stuff in a clean, breathable atmosphere.

What a place! Reminds me of Fried Green Tomatoes.

That certainly is a bleak, gloomy funeral home!

I'm glad you're feeling better...slowly but surely. :)

Chemical burns! That is pretty nasty. I'm glad you're going to be okay. What the heck would we do without you in the blogging world? It would be pretty damn boring :)

It looks like a great place to explore even in the rain.

I am glad you went to the Doctor, hope you grabbed some of those face masks for those that are coughing...you can reuse them at home when doing dusty jobs like sanding. I suppose it will take time to heal slow but sure. That old town looks like great fun!
Happy Thanksgiving! :)

Good to hear you went back to the doctor, and you're doing a bit better. I love taking field trips to local area's, there's so much history inside these buildings.
