We are in MN now and it feels like fall! I can't believe it! Cool, cool weather and NO HUMIDITY! Just beautiful! I hope some of this cool weather comes your way! Oh, yeah, and some of the rain we had, too!
There is something about August..you get the worst of the heat and everything is usually scorched at this point, and yet at the same time, you can sense fall just around the corner, usually in the early morning and late evening before sunset. Both in the same month.
Well it is still hot and humid here in sunny Georgia, lots of after noon rains and storms, our flowers are still blooming and doing good, fall is a long way off here, the kids went back to school and it seems weird August is just beginning, love your blog dear, I became a follower and have added you to my favorites too, so you do not get lost, hugs and blessings Barbara from http://bakinnbitsbarbara.blogspot.com
Same here ! August is a weird month here in Ontario Canada, it can be very hot and humid or have fall like temperatures. This year is hot and humid and our gardens are fighting the scorching heat, some plants are doing good others not so good ! I guess mother nature will do as she pleases !
Here in the Netherlands we have cool temperatures and rain, which is fine with me, although a little sunshine would be okay now too. For the sake o the flowers.
Beautiful pictures! And the bug problem seems to be running rampant this year. Every time I go outside I wind up with a few more bites. At least they're kind of leaving our plants alone!

My poor flowers are trying too. It would help if I remembered to water them once in a while.
